Fry Qeema, also known as “Fried Keema,” is a delicious and popular South Asian dish made with minced meat, commonly beef, mutton, or chicken, cooked with various spices and then fried until it reaches a flavorful and aromatic consistency. It is a versatile dish that can be served with rice, naan, roti, or bread, making it a favorite among many.

Ingredient:

  1. Mutton Qeema – Half Kg
  2. Onions – 1 Big Chopped
  3. Tomatoes – 2 Big Chopped
  4. Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp
  5. Oil – Half Cup
  6. Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp Full
  7. Turmeric Powder – ½ Tsp
  8. Salt – As Per Taste
  9.  Green Chillies – 5/6
  10. Green Coriander – For Garnish

Method

Heat oil in a deep pan, add onion salt then add mutton qeema. Fry for 1-2 minutes then add gg paste and fry until colour changes. Then add tomato with all dry spices, mix and cover for 4 to 5 minutes then press tomato with the help of spatula. Add green chilli mix and add 1 and half cup water and cover until qeema Tendered.
Now fry well for 5 to 7 minutes or until water reduces and oil separates. Cover for 1 mint then dish out, garnish with green chillies, coriander and lemons
